Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms govern your use of DindigulJobs (dindiguljobs.com), our mobile applications, and related services (the "Service") operated by DindigulJobs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.



1. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.



2. Accounts



  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree not to share your account with anyone else.

  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access at security@dindiguljobs.com.

  • We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being misused.



3. Content you provide


You retain ownership of the content you upload (profile information, resume, messages, etc.). By uploading, you grant DindigulJobs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display that content as necessary to operate the Service — including showing it to employers you apply to.



You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your content. Do not upload content that is false, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful.



4. Acceptable use


You agree NOT to:



  • Scrape, copy, or republish any part of the Service without our written permission.

  • Apply to jobs on behalf of someone else without their explicit consent.

  • Post fake job listings, fake profiles, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

  • Harass, threaten, or send unsolicited commercial communication to other users.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other users' accounts.

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable Indian law or third-party right.



5. Employers' obligations


If you post a job listing, you represent that the role is genuine, that you have authority to recruit on the listed company's behalf, and that you will not discriminate on grounds prohibited by Indian law (caste, religion, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic).



6. Imported listings


Some job listings on the Service are aggregated from publicly available third-party sources. Where the original source is identified, a link to the original listing is shown alongside the listing. We make a reasonable effort to keep imported listings current but do not guarantee their accuracy. If you are an employer and want a listing removed, email takedown@dindiguljobs.com.



7. No warranties


The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a job, that an employer will respond to your application, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.



8. Limitation of liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, DindigulJobs and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) ₹1,000 or (b) the fees you have paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.



9. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DindigulJobs from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms, your content, or your use of the Service.



10. Termination


You may delete your account at any time from the account settings or by emailing support@dindiguljobs.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms; for material breaches we may do so without notice.



11. Governing law and disputes


These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu.



12. Changes to these Terms


We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
